Your data is kept on encrypted servers in the EEA. Log in on a new phone to get it back.
Sharing
Yes. Invite them as a Joint Owner or as read-only. Change access any time.
Yes. If they can’t consent, you’ll need Lasting Power of Attorney or similar authority.
Yes. You’ll get a notification. Each Strand shows who updated it and when.
Using the app
iPhone and Android. It’s free on both.
Yes. Add scans, photos and PDFs to any Strand.
Yes. We’ll let you know as expiry and end dates get close.
Your data
Yes. Export a full copy whenever you like.
Its Threads and Strands go too. Threadballs shared with you aren’t affected.
Go to Settings and confirm with your password. You have 7 days to change your mind. After that, everything is permanently deleted.
